Never before have I had such a positive experience in desperate times. Late Monday evening our water heater started sparking and had a burning smell. We quickly turned off the power and water and called for an electrician that would agree to change the water heater on Tuesday. Sydney Electrical Service came to our home. They picked up a new water heater and carried it to our house to fix, which ended up being an unpredictably difficult job. He worked late into the afternoon to ensure that we would have hot water for our morning showers. Geoff was kind and helpful entire time.
